Join us every at 9:30 each Thursday morning in the JMT offices for coffee, conversation, and light refreshments, as members of the Jordan Ministry Team host a guided conversation looking at important questions of faith.


 

   
 
        
                         
 

September Busy-People's Retreat

Saint Hildegard:
A Feather on the Breath of God -
 
For centuries, the mystic and abbess Hildegard of Bingen has inspired countless Christians with her unique writings and spiritual gifts. To celebrate the feast of this important saint and Doctor of the Church, join Bro. Silas Henderson, SDS, of Jordan Ministry Team, as he explores the life, spirituality, and teachings of St. Hildegard in her writings, art, and music.
 
This evening of reflection will take place on Monday, September 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Light refreshments will be provided; a $10 materials fee is requested. October  Busy-People's Retreat

Julian of Norwich:
Believing in the Light -
 

Julian of Norwich lived in a time of turmoil, not unlike our own. Still, her theology was optimistic and spoke of God's  love and compassion for all. Her writings convey a message of optimism based on the certainty of being loved and protected by God.

 
Join Peggy Guerrero of the Jordan Ministry Team in exploring the writings and insights of this mystic who has so much to offer us today.  

This evening of reflection will take place on Monday, October 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Light refreshments will be provided; a $10 materials fee is requested.
